Your tent will last much longer and stay in good shape if you take good care of it:
– Pack up dry (if possible)
– Brush off after each use and hang up to dry
– Keep it in a dry place
However, every product may need additional attention at some point. Whenever possible, we will repair, wash and impregnate your companion. After all, your tent has come a long way with you. Why should we destroy your shared memories by simply exchanging them? Bring it over to us instead of exchanging it.

Tent repairs
We repair and wash cotton tents of all types and brands. Your tent will be maintained and repaired by our staff from years of experience. We repair everything. Be it a tear in the fabric, a torn eyelet or a zipper that sticks. We get it fixed. And we use only the best materials. To make a repair you have three possibilities:
1. Bring us your tent in one of our branches (link branches)
2. Book our pick-up and delivery service (Link!)
3. Send your tent comfortably to us in Samstagern. We will be happy to contact you as soon as the tent has arrived. After the desired repair you will get your companion sent directly back to your home. (Return shipping CHF 15.-)
Wash & waterproof
Washing & waterproofing service for cotton tents and sun canopies. CHF 24.-/kg – up to max. 20kg
