The label «Textiles washed in Switzerland» stands for:
– Laundry that is hygienically prepared in Switzerland
– Focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly textile care
– Short transport routes
– Secure jobs
The label can be used by hotels, restaurants, hospitals and also industrial companies. Attention: The label is protected by trademark law and may only be used after the license has been issued!
Environmental protection certificate VKTS
The Swiss Textile Cleaning Control Association (VKTS) has existed since 1989 and in the sense of self-responsibility and self-control in the sector, aims to monitor compliance with all relevant regulations for textile and leather cleaning and related sectors. To achieve this, the association concludes cooperation agreements with cantonal authorities and receives corresponding control orders from them. Over 500 companies (approx. 85% of Switzerland) are currently subject to control activities.
The companies are checked on the basis of a test protocol and, if they pass the control, are awarded an environmental protection certificate. The certificate guarantees that the company complies with environmental protection laws and corresponding ordinances and strives for sustainable textile care.

fashionCare-Quality certification & hygiene certification
Since 2015 our production in Saturdayern has been subject to regular quality checks by the European Research Association for Innovative Textile Care (EFIT).
A textile care company can only achieve the high „fashionCare quality standard“ through regular staff training in stain removal, ironing technology, fiber science, processing technology and the use of environmentally friendly textile care methods.

Textile cleaning stands for hygiene and quality. In order to substantiate this, EFIT has developed a new system – the hygiene module. Companies with the FashionCare Hygiene Certificate undertake to do the following:
– Implementation of the measures from the hygiene guidelines. The processed textiles meet the hygienic and microbiological quality standards.
– Regular cleaning and disinfection measures.
– Participation in the FashionCare audit program and related corrective and improvement measures.
– at least Once a year, independent hygiene monitoring according to the FashionCare scheme.
– External controls by agents accredited by EFIT.g

We offer you an environmentally friendly, reusable garment cover for the transport of your cleaned clothes. You can purchase a cotton sack from us to hand in your clothes to be cleaned, which we will wash for you free of charge.
